4.2 Cooktop Operation

To ignite a burner, push in and turn the corresponding knob to the 'HI' position, then hold until the flame ignites. Adjust the flame size by turning the knob between 'HI' and 'LO'.

• Simmer Plate: The simmer plate can be used to achieve very low heat for delicate simmering tasks.
