2. Safety Information

4. Setup

  1. Kuburitsa: Carefully remove the trash can from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Kuiswa: Place the trash can on a flat, stable surface in your desired location.
  3. Insert Liner: Lift the lid and remove the inner polypropylene liner bucket. Place a 50L trash bag into the liner, folding the edges over the top rim.
  4. Replace Liner: Carefully lower the liner bucket back into the trash can body. Ensure it sits securely.

5. Operating Instructions

  • Opening the Lid (Foot Pedal): Gently press down on the foot pedal located at the base of the trash can. The lid will open smoothly. Release the pedal to allow the lid to close softly.
  • Chinhu Chinovhara Zvakapfava: The lid is equipped with a damper mechanism that ensures a slow, quiet closing action. Do not force the lid closed, as this may damage the mechanism.
  • Stay-Open Lid Feature: To keep the lid open for longer periods (e.g., during cooking or cleaning), manually lift the lid to its fully open position. Locate the small lever or lock mechanism on the inside of the lid or hinge area (refer to Figure 5) and engage it. To close, disengage the lock and gently lower the lid.
  • Removing/Replacing Trash Bag: When the trash bag is full, lift the lid, remove the inner liner bucket, and carefully lift out the trash bag. Replace with a new 50L trash bag as described in the Setup section.

  • Lid Mechanism: Periodically check the lid and pedal mechanisms for any debris or obstructions. Keep these areas clean to ensure smooth operation.

  • Unpleasant odors: Ensure the inner liner is clean and dry. Use a fresh trash bag and consider using odor-absorbing products if necessary.
