5. Setup
Follow these steps to install your OSRAM Solar LED Outdoor Light:
- Sarudza Nzvimbo: Select an outdoor location that receives direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily to ensure optimal battery charging. The light should be positioned where its motion sensor can effectively cover the desired area.
- Mako Drilling Points: Hold the light against the wall at the desired mounting height. Use a pencil to mark the positions for the mounting screws.
- Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked points using an appropriate drill bit for your wall material. Insert the provided wall plugs into the drilled holes.
- Gomo reChiedza: Align the light with the drilled holes and secure it using the provided screws. Ensure the light is firmly attached to the wall.
- Chekutanga Charge: Allow the light to charge for at least 24-48 hours in direct sunlight before its first use to ensure the battery is fully charged.

6. Operating Instructions
The OSRAM Solar LED Outdoor Light operates automatically based on ambient light conditions and motion detection.
- Automatic Operation: During daylight hours, the light will remain off while the solar panel charges the internal battery.
- Dim Mode (Always On): As darkness falls, the light will automatically switch to a dim mode, providing 20% illumination.
- Kuonekwa Kwekufamba: When motion is detected within the sensor's 4-meter range, the light will instantly switch to 100% brightness for approximately 30 seconds. After 30 seconds of no further motion, it will revert to the 20% dim mode.

Pressing this button typically cycles through different operating modes, such as 'Always On + Motion Sensor', 'Motion Sensor Only', or 'Off'.
