Assembling the Mixer:

  1. Ensure the speed control is set to "OFF" and the mixer is unplugged.
  2. To tilt the motor head back, push the tilt-head lock lever to the "UNLOCK" position and lift the motor head.
  3. Place the glass mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the pins on the base with the slots on the bowl. Twist the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  4. Attach the desired accessory (e.g., wire whip, dough hook, flat beater) by pushing it onto the beater shaft and turning it clockwise until it clicks into the pin.
  5. Lower the motor head by pushing the tilt-head lock lever to the "UNLOCK" position and gently lowering the head until it locks into place.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Ensure the mixer is properly assembled and the motor head is locked down.
  2. Add your ingredients to the glass mixing bowl.
