Setup uye Installation

The KFI Pro-Series Plow System is designed as a Front-Mount System, transferring plowing forces to the front lower frame of your UTV. The system attaches in seconds using two standard 5/8" hitch pins, providing over 30 inches of lift height. All components are shot blasted and powder coated for a durable finish.

1. Mounting Plate Installation: Secure the mounting plate to the underside of your UTV's frame using the provided U-bolts and hardware. Ensure a snug fit to prevent movement during operation. Refer to the specific instructions for your CF-Moto ZFORCE model for precise mounting points.

2. Push Tube Assembly: Attach the push tubes to the mounting plate. These tubes provide the structural support and connection between the plow blade and your UTV. Use the provided pins and clips for a secure connection.

3. Blade Attachment: Connect the 66" steel blade to the push tube assembly. Ensure all pivot points are correctly aligned and secured with the appropriate pins. The blade features a 2-sided 3/16" x 3.00" Grade 50 Steel Wear Bar for extended life.

4. Winch Connection (if applicable): If using a winch for lifting, connect the winch cable to the plow assembly. Ensure the winch is properly installed on your UTV and capable of handling the plow's weight and operating forces.

Operating Instruction

Before operating the snow plow, ensure all connections are secure and the UTV is in good working condition. Always wear appropriate safety gear.

1. Plow Angle Adjustment: The plow blade can be adjusted to various angles for optimal snow displacement. Consult your UTV's manual for specific controls if using a power-angle kit, or manually adjust the blade angle using the provided pins on the push tube assembly.
2. Kusimudza uye Kudzikisa: Use your UTV's winch or manual lift system to raise and lower the plow blade. Ensure the blade is fully raised when transporting the UTV and fully lowered when plowing.
3. Maitiro Ekurima: Drive at a controlled speed, especially in deep or heavy snow. Overlapping passes will ensure complete snow removal. Be mindful of obstacles and uneven terrain. The spring-loaded trip mechanism on the blade helps prevent damage if an obstacle is struck.
