1. Sizing Your Helmet

2. Adjusting for a Custom Fit

Insert Pads: The helmet comes with two sets of interchangeable inner pads of varying thickness. Choose the set that provides a snug, comfortable fit without excessive pressure points. The pads attach with hook-and-loop fasteners inside the helmet.
Positioning: Place the helmet squarely on your head, ensuring it covers your forehead. It should not be tilted back or forward.
Strap Adjustment: Fasten the chin strap buckle. Adjust the straps so they form a 'V' shape just below your ears. The chin strap should be snug enough that you can only fit one or two fingers between the strap and your chin.
