2. Safety Information
Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.

3. Setup

- Position the Machine: Place the coffee maker on a stable, flat surface, away from heat sources and water.

- Discard the water. Your machine is now primed and ready for use.

4. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Ensure the machine is plugged in. If it's off, press the power button. The button will flash red during heating and turn solid green when ready.
- Isa Capsule: Lift the locking handle and pull out the capsule holder. Insert your chosen Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule into the holder. Push the capsule holder back into the machine and lower the locking handle until it clicks.
- Select Beverage Temperature: Place a cup on the drip tray. For hot beverages, move the manual lever to the red (hot) position. For cold beverages, move it to the blue (cold) position.
- Kuitika: The machine will start dispensing the beverage. Monitor the cup and move the lever back to the central (stop) position once the desired amount is reached.
- Remove Capsule: Lift the locking handle and remove the used capsule. Dispose of it properly.
- Eco Mode: The machine features an eco mode that automatically switches off after 1 minute of inactivity to save energy.

- Capsule Holder: The design ensures coffee grinds remain in the pod, minimizing cleaning. However, periodically rinse the capsule holder under running water.
- Tangi Yemvura: Clean the water tank regularly with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly to prevent residue buildup.

5.2. Descaling
Regular descaling is crucial to maintain the performance and lifespan of your coffee machine, especially in areas with hard water. Refer to the Nescafé Dolce Gusto website or your local dealer for recommended descaling solutions and procedures specific to your machine model.
General Descaling Steps (Always refer to specific descaling kit instructions):
- Empty the water tank and fill it with the descaling solution mixed with water according to the product instructions.
