Use the Pressure Cooker Lid for this function. Pressure cooking allows for faster cooking times and tender results.

Mufananidzo: Eksamples of pressure cooked dishes including Mac & Cheese, Stews, Stir-fry, Steamed Salmon, Soups, and Sticky Rice.

1. Add ingredients and liquid to the inner pot according to your recipe. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
2. Place the Pressure Cooker Lid on the base, aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the base, then twist clockwise until it locks into place. Ensure the steam release valve is in the "Sealing" position.
3. Press the KUFANANIDZIRA BHEKA bhatani.
4. Shandisa iyo TEMP uye NGUVA buttons to adjust settings as needed.
5. Press KUTANGA/KUMIRA kutanga kubika.

1. Place the Air Fry Basket or Reversible Rack with food into the inner pot.
2. Place the Air Fryer Lid securely on the base.

4. Shandisa iyo TEMP uye NGUVA buttons to adjust settings. Consider using the GADZIRIRA function for optimal crispiness.
5. Press KUTANGA/KUMIRA kutanga kufryer.

Combo Cooking

The Combo Cook function allows you to pressure cook and then air fry, or vice versa, for tender interiors and crispy exteriors.

Mufananidzo: Eksamples of combo cooked dishes including Roasted 5-lb Chicken, Appetizers, Roast Pork, Ribs, Sirloin Steak, and Chicken Pot Pie.

1. Prepare your food for the first cooking stage (e.g., pressure cooking).
2. Select the initial cooking function (Pressure Cook or Air Fry) and set parameters.
3. Press the STAGE button to program the next cooking stage.
4. Once the first stage is complete, swap the lid if necessary (e.g., from Pressure Cooker Lid to Air Fryer Lid).
5. The appliance will automatically transition to the next programmed stage.

The Duet features over 300 pre-programmed cooking functions and allows you to save up to 240 of your own favorite recipes.
