This watch features a Japanese automatic movement with hand-winding capability, a 200-meter water resistance rating, and a unidirectional rotating bezel.

3.1 Kuvhara Chirindiro
Your Orient automatic watch is powered by the motion of your wrist. However, for initial setup or if the watch has stopped, it can be hand-wound:
- Ensure the crown is fully screwed in (position 0).
- Unscrew the crown by turning it counter-clockwise until it springs out to position 1.
- Turn the crown clockwise approximately 30-40 times to provide an initial power reserve.

Regular wear will keep the watch wound. If worn daily for 8-10 hours, hand-winding may not be necessary.
3.2 Setting the Time and Date/Day
To set the time, date, and day:
- Bvisa Korona: Turn the crown counter-clockwise until it springs out to position 1.

- Seta Nguva: Pull the crown out to position 3 (second click). The second hand will stop.
- Turn the crown to move the hour and minute hands. Advance the hands past 12 o'clock to determine if it's AM or PM (the date/day will change at midnight).
- Set the time accurately.
- Chengetedza Korona: Push the crown back into position 1, then screw it down clockwise firmly against the case to ensure water resistance.
4. Operating Instructions

Ensure the watch bracelet is adjusted to fit comfortably on your wrist. It should be snug enough not to slide freely but not so tight as to restrict circulation.

4.2 Using the Unidirectional Rotating Bezel
The 120-click unidirectional rotating bezel is a key feature for divers and can be used for timing events up to 60 minutes.
- Rotate the bezel counter-clockwise until the zero mark (triangle) aligns with the minute hand.
- The minute hand will then indicate the elapsed time on the bezel scale.
- The bezel rotates only counter-clockwise to prevent accidental increases in timed duration, which is a safety feature for diving.
5. Kuchengeta uye Kuchengeta
5.1 Kuramba Mvura
Your watch is water resistant to 200 meters (20 ATM). This rating is suitable for professional marine activity and serious surface water sports, but not for saturation diving.
- Always ensure the crown is fully screwed down before exposing the watch to water.
