  6. Secure Hinges to Frame: Attach the remaining hinge leaves to the door frame using screws, ensuring all hinges are properly seated and secured.
  7. Test Operation: Gently open and close the door to check for smooth operation, proper alignment, and clearance. Adjust screws if necessary to achieve optimal performance.

5. Kushanda

Once installed, the Emtek 9100 Steel Hinges allow your door to pivot smoothly. No specific operational steps are required beyond the normal use of a door. Ensure that the door is not subjected to excessive force or sudden impacts, which could damage the hinges or the door structure.

Regular maintenance helps preserve the appearance and functionality of your hinges.
