Securely attach the duct collar to the top of the range hood using a strong construction adhesive, ensuring an airtight seal. Allow the adhesive to cure completely before proceeding with mounting. The mounting holes are positioned near the edges; ensure your chosen fasteners provide a strong bite into the supporting structure.
4.4 Electrical Connection
Connect the range hood to a grounded electrical outlet. The unit operates on 2.3E+2 Volts. Ensure the electrical supply meets local codes and the range hood's requirements. The power cord length is approximately 12 inches; an extension may be required depending on your outlet location.
5. Operating Instructions
The Pacific AC3000BS features a touch control panel for easy operation.

5.1 Power On/Off and Delay Off

- Press the Auto Kuchenesa button on the control panel. The self-cleaning process will run for approximately 38 seconds, using spinning blades to degrease and flush residue.
- For daily cooks, it is suggested to perform steam cleaning twice a week.
- After each cleaning cycle, pour out the collected water from the grease collection cup.

6.2 Grease Collection Tray
The removable grease collection tray gathers oil and residue. Regularly empty and clean this tray to prevent buildup and maintain hygiene. The tray is designed for easy removal and disposal of collected grease.
