Setup uye Assembly
Minor assembly is required to set up your dispenser. Please follow these steps carefully:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. You should have the stand base, the vertical pole sections, the dispenser unit, the drip tray, the 'STOP' sign, and any necessary hardware (screws, lock and key).
- Unganidza Stand: Attach the vertical pole sections to the weighted base. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Isa Mabhatiri: The dispenser requires 4 C batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment, typically located on the back or side of the dispenser unit, and insert the batteries according to the polarity markings. Close the compartment securely.
- Attach Dispenser to Stand: Secure the dispenser unit to the top of the assembled stand. Ensure it is firmly attached and stable.
- Install Drip Tray: Slide or clip the drip tray into its designated position directly below the dispenser nozzle. This tray collects any excess liquid and helps keep the floor clean.
- Attach Sign (Optional): If desired, attach the 'STOP The Spread of Germs' sign to the top of the dispenser unit using the provided hardware. The stand can be used with or without this sign.

Operating Instruction
The HUBERT dispenser is designed for simple, hands-free operation.
- Kuzadza Dispenser: Unlock the dispenser using the provided key and open the front cover. Remove the internal cartridge/reservoir. Fill the reservoir with your preferred gel or liquid hand soap or sanitizer. Do not use foam products. The capacity is 1000 ml (33.81 oz). Reinsert the cartridge and close the cover, ensuring it locks securely.
- Automatic Dispensing: Place your hands approximately 2-4 inches below the dispenser nozzle. The built-in sensor will detect your hands and automatically dispense approximately 0.8 ml of product.
- Product Level Monitoring: The clear window on the front of the dispenser allows for quick visual inspection of the product level. Refill when the level is low to ensure continuous operation.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your dispenser.
- Kuzadza patsva: As described in the 'Operating Instructions', refill the dispenser with gel or liquid soap/sanitizer when the product level is low. Always use the provided key to unlock and open the dispenser.
- Kuchenesa: Regularly wipe down the exterior of the dispenser and the stand with a soft, damp cloth. Clean the drip tray frequently to prevent accumulation of dispensed product and maintain hygiene. The drip tray can be removed for thorough cleaning.
- Kutsiva Bhatiri: A blinking LED light on the dispenser indicates that the batteries are low and need replacement. Replace all 4 C batteries simultaneously to ensure proper function. Dispose of old batteries responsibly.
- Chengetedzo: Always ensure the dispenser is locked after refilling or maintenance to prevent theft or tampering.
