4. Setup uye Kuiswa

Carefully remove the hob from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Retain packaging for future transport or if the product needs to be returned.

4.3 Electrical Connection

This induction hob is designed for simple plug-and-go installation. It comes with a pre-fitted 13amp plug. Simply plug the hob into a standard, properly earthed 13amp wall socket. No hardwiring is required.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Pamusoroview

The hob features simple touch controls for precise adjustments. Familiarize yourself with the layout of the control panel before use.

5.2 Kubatidza/Kudzima

  • To turn on: Touch the Power button (I). The hob will enter standby mode.
  • To turn off: Touch the Power button again.

5.3 Selecting a Cooking Zone and Adjusting Heat Levels

  • The zone will automatically switch off when the set time expires.

  • To activate: With the hob off or in standby, touch and hold the Child Lock button (often a key symbol) for a few seconds until the indicator lights up.
  • To deactivate: Touch and hold the Child Lock button again until the indicator turns off.

5.7 Pan Detection

The hob automatically detects if a suitable pan is placed on the cooking zone. If no pan is detected, or if an unsuitable pan is used, the zone will not heat up and an error indicator may appear.

5.8 Power Management

For optimal performance and to prevent overloading the electrical circuit, the hob may intelligently manage power distribution across multiple active zones. This means that when multiple zones are in use, the power level of one zone might automatically adjust if another zone's power is increased, ensuring efficient and safe operation within the hob's total power limit. This is a normal operational characteristic and not a fault.
