2. Safety Information
Always observe the following safety precautions when working with automotive batteries and electrical systems:

4. Setup
The MOTOPOWER MP0515A is self-powered by the vehicle's battery. No external power source is required for operation.

5. Operating Instructions
Navigate through the menu using the directional buttons and confirm selections with the 'OK' button. Use 'ESC' to go back to the previous screen.

This function analyzes the battery's overall health, including its State of Health (SOH), State of Charge (SOC), internal resistance, and voltage.
- From the main menu, select 'Battery'.
- Select the battery type (e.g., Regular Flooded, AGM, GEL, EFB) that matches your vehicle's battery.
- Input the Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) rating of your battery. This value is typically found on the battery label.
- The tester will perform the analysis and display the results, including voltage, rated CCA, measured CCA, resistance, SOH, and SOC.

5.2 Cranking Test
This test evaluates the vehicle's starting system by monitoring the cranking voltage during engine start-up.
- From the main menu, select 'Start'.

This test assesses the performance of the vehicle's charging system, including the alternator's output and ripple voltage.
- From the main menu, select 'Charge'.
- Follow the on-screen prompts, which may include revving the engine to a specific RPM.
- The tester will display the minimum and maximum charging voltage, ripple voltage, and a conclusion regarding the charging system's health.

5.4 Real-Time Wave Display
This feature allows for real-time monitoring of voltage output, providing a graphical view of the battery or alternator performance.
- From the main menu, select 'Wave'.
- The screen will display a live graph of the voltage over time, showing any fluctuations or ripples.
- This can be useful for diagnosing intermittent issues or observing system stability.

5.5 Data Printing
The MP0515A supports data printing, allowing you to record test results for analysis or record-keeping.
- Connect the tester to a computer using a USB cable (not included).
- From the main menu, select 'Print'.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and any software prompts on your computer to print the stored data.

6. Kuchengeta
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and accuracy of your MOTOPOWER MP0515A.
