4. Setup

Setting up the TMO-311C adapter is a straightforward process. No complex configuration is required; simply connect the adapters to your existing coaxial network.

1. Connect one MoCA adapter to your router using an Ethernet cable.
2. Connect a coaxial cable from the wall outlet to the same MoCA adapter.
3. In another room, connect a second MoCA adapter to a coaxial cable from the wall outlet.
4. Connect the second MoCA adapter to your network-enabled device (e.g., computer, gaming console) using an Ethernet cable.
5. Verify that all the LED indicators on both adapters are lit, indicating a successful connection.

5. Operating Instructions

Once the adapters are correctly installed and powered on, they will automatically establish a MoCA network over your existing coaxial cables. The LED indicators on the front of the adapter provide status information:

• LAN LED: Indicates Ethernet connection status.
• MoCA LED: Indicates MoCA network connection status.

A solid green light for LAN and MoCA indicates a successful and active connection. You can now enjoy a high-speed, wired Ethernet connection for reliable streaming, gaming, and other network-intensive applications.
