4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective jointing operations.

• Verify the depth of cut is set appropriately for your material and desired outcome.
• Check that the fence is square to the table (unless a bevel cut is intended) and securely locked.

  2. Access the cutterhead area. Refer to your jointer's specific instructions for guard removal.
  3. Using the appropriate tool, loosen the fastener holding the dull knife.
  4. Carefully rotate the knife to an unused sharp edge.
  5. Securely tighten the fastener. Ensure the knife is properly seated in the T-step design.
  6. Repeat for all knives as needed.
  7. Reinstall all guards before restoring power.
• The 4-sided design allows for multiple rotations before replacement knives are needed.

General Cleaning and Lubrication:
