This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of the Sealey WCR02 Motorcycle Roll-in Wheel Clamp. Please read these instructions carefully before setup, operation, or maintenance.
The Sealey WCR02 is designed to increase the stability of a motorcycle by securely clamping its front wheel. It features a pivot clamp that locks the wheel using the motorcycle's weight, making it suitable for use on trailers, in vans, or on motorcycle lifts.
Safety Information
- Always ensure the clamp is securely bolted down to a stable surface before use.
- Motorcycle must also be secured using additional tie-down straps. The clamp provides stability but is not the sole securing method.
- Ensure the wheel clamp is adjusted correctly for the specific wheel size and tyre width of your motorcycle.
- Do not exceed the maximum recommended tyre width of 130mm.
- Keep hands and feet clear of moving parts during motorcycle loading and unloading.
Setup uye Installation
The Sealey WCR02 wheel clamp requires secure bolt-down installation. Fittings are not included and must be sourced separately based on your mounting surface.
- Sarudza Nzvimbo: Select a stable and level surface for installation, such as a trailer bed, van floor, or motorcycle lift. Ensure there is sufficient space around the clamp for safe operation and motorcycle maneuvering.
- Isa iyo Clamp: Place the wheel clamp in the desired position. The clamp is designed to be bolted down.
- Mako Drilling Points: Use the pre-drilled holes on the clamp's base as a template to mark the drilling points on your mounting surface.
- Drill Holes: Drill holes of appropriate size for your chosen bolts and fixings.
- Chengetedza Clamp: Bolt the wheel clamp firmly to the surface using suitable high-strength fasteners (not supplied). Ensure all bolts are tightened securely to prevent any movement of the clamp panguva yekushandisa.
- Adjust for Wheel Size: Iyo clamp is adjustable to fit wheels from Ø15" to 21" (380-535mm) and tyre widths from 50-130mm. Adjust the movable front section by removing the pin, sliding it to the appropriate position for your motorcycle's wheel, and reinserting the pin.

Operating Instruction
- Gadzirira Mudhudhudhu: Ensure the motorcycle is in neutral and the engine is off.
- Roll into Clamp: Carefully roll the motorcycle's front wheel into the clamp. The pivot clamp will engage and lock the front wheel securely as the motorcycle's weight pushes it forward.
- Simbisa Kubatanidzwa: Ensure the wheel is fully seated and the pivot clamp has securely locked around the tyre. The motorcycle should feel stable.
- Apply Tie-Down Straps: ZVINOKOSHA: Gumbo clamp provides stability, but it is crucial to secure the motorcycle further using appropriate tie-down straps. Attach straps to secure points on the motorcycle and the mounting surface, ensuring the motorcycle cannot tip or move during transport or storage.
- To Remove Motorcycle: Release the tie-down straps. Carefully roll the motorcycle backward out of the clamp. The pivot mechanism will disengage as the weight is removed.

Maintenance
- Kugara Kuongorora: Periodically inspect the wheel clamp for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. Check all bolted connections for tightness.

- Lubrication: Lightly lubricate the pivot points and adjustable mechanisms with a suitable grease or oil to ensure smooth operation.
