4. Setup
4.1. Kuiswa kwebhatiri
The meter requires batteries for operation. To install or replace batteries:
- Ensure the meter is turned OFF and disconnect all test leads from the input terminals.
- Tsvaga chivharo chebhatiri kuseri kwemamita.
- Shandisa sikurudhiraivha kusunungura sikurudhi inosunga chifukidziro.
- Remove the cover and insert new batteries, observing correct polarity (+ and -). The meter typically uses AAA batteries (refer to specifications for exact type).
- Tsiva chivharo chekamuri yebhatiri uye chengetedza nescuru (s).
Note: Batteries are not included with the product and must be purchased separately.
5. Operating Instructions
Before taking any measurements, ensure the meter is in good working condition and the test leads are properly connected (if applicable).
5.1. Measuring AC Current (ACA)
- Shandura iyo dial yekushanda kune iyo ACA chinzvimbo.
- Dzvanya rushaya kuti uvhure clamp shaya.
- Konderedzwa kondakita mumwe chete wedunhu neclamp shaya. Ita shuwa kuti shaya dzakavharwa zvizere.
- Read the AC current value on the LCD display.
- Zvakakosha: Usaita clamp around multiple conductors simultaneously, as this will result in an inaccurate reading (the magnetic fields will cancel each other out).
5.2. Kuyera AC/DC Voltage (V)
- Isa mutema bvunzo lead mu COM terminal uye iyo tsvuku bvunzo inotungamira mu VΩHz terminal.
- Shandura iyo dial yekushanda kune iyo V~ (AC Voltage) kana V- (DC Voltage) position. If a combined AC/DC voltage setting exists, use the FUNC button to toggle between AC and DC.
- Batanidza ma test probes akaenzana ne circuit kana chikamu chaunoda kuyera.
- Verenga bhukutage kukosha pane LCD kuratidza.
5.3. Kuyera Kuramba (Ω)
- Isa mutema bvunzo lead mu COM terminal uye iyo tsvuku bvunzo inotungamira mu VΩHz terminal.
- Shandura iyo dial yekushanda kune iyo Ω (Resistance) chinzvimbo.
- Ensure the circuit or component under test is de-energized before connecting the test probes.
- Batanidza test probes mukati mechikamu.
- Verenga kukosha kwekupikisa pane LCD kuratidza.
5.4. Kuenderera mberi Muedzo
- Isa mutema bvunzo lead mu COM terminal uye iyo tsvuku bvunzo inotungamira mu VΩHz terminal.
- Shandura iyo dial yekushanda kune iyo Ω (Resistance) or Continuity position (if separate). Use the FUNC button if necessary to select continuity.
- Iva nechokwadi chekuti dunhu kana chikamu chiri kuyedzwa hachina simba.
- Batanidza test probes kudunhu rose kana chikamu.
- If the resistance is below a certain threshold (typically <50Ω), the meter will emit an audible beep, indicating continuity.
5.5. Diode Test
- Isa mutema bvunzo lead mu COM terminal uye iyo tsvuku bvunzo inotungamira mu VΩHz terminal.
- Shandura iyo dial yekushanda kune iyo Diode position (often shared with continuity/resistance, use FUNC button to select).
- Ensure the diode is de-energized.
- Connect the red test probe to the anode and the black test probe to the cathode of the diode. The display will show the forward voltage kudonha
- Reverse the probes. The display should show "OL" (Open Loop) for a good diode.
5.6. Using Function Buttons (RAN, MAX, REL)
- RAN (Range): Press to switch between auto-ranging and manual ranging. In manual ranging, press repeatedly to cycle through available ranges.
- MAX (Maximum Hold): Press to capture and display the maximum reading. Press again to exit.
- REL (hama): Press to store the current reading as a reference. Subsequent readings will display the difference from this reference. Press again to exit.
6. Kuchengeta
6.1. Kuchenesa
Pukuta bhokisi remita nekushambadziraamp jira nesipo isina kunyorova. Usashandise zvinogumbura kana zvinonyungudutsa. Iva nechokwadi chekuti mita yacho yakaoma zvachose usati washandisa.
6.2. Kutsiviwa kwebhatiri
Refer to Section 4.1 for battery replacement instructions. Replace batteries promptly when the low battery indicator appears on the display to ensure accurate measurements.

If the meter is not used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and damage. Store the meter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Kugadzirisa matambudziko
| Dambudziko | Zvinogona Kukonzera | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Chiyero chemita hachibatidzi. | Mabhatiri akafa kana kuti akaiswa zvisirizvo. | Tarisa bhatiri polarity kana kutsiva mabhatiri. |
| "OL" (Kuwedzera) yakaratidzwa. | Kuyera kunopfuura nzvimbo yakasarudzwa kana kugona kwepamusoro kwemita. | Select a higher range (if in manual range) or ensure the measurement is within the meter's specifications. |
| Kurava kusina kururama. | Low battery, incorrect function selection, poor test lead connection, external interference. | Replace batteries, verify function dial setting, ensure secure test lead connection, move away from strong electromagnetic fields. |
| Hapana kurira kwekuenderera mberi. | Circuit resistance is too high, or continuity function not selected. | Ensure the circuit is de-energized. Select continuity mode. Check for open circuits. |
