- Bvisa korona: Gently pull the crown (the knob on the side of the watch) to its outermost position. This will stop the second hand.
- Seta nguva: Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the hour and minute hands to the desired time. Ensure you account for AM/PM if setting the date.
- Seta zuva: Push the crown in one click to the middle position. Rotate the crown to adjust the date in the date window. If the date changes at noon, you are in the PM cycle; adjust accordingly.
- Sundidzira korona: Once the time and date are set, push the crown fully back into its original position against the watch case. The second hand will resume movement.

Indiglo Husiku-Chiedza
The Timex Expedition Scout features an Indiglo night-light for easy time reading in low-light conditions. To activate, simply press and hold the crown. The entire dial will illuminate with a soft, blue-green glow.
Kudzivirira Mvura (50M)
This watch is water resistant to 50 meters (165 feet). This means it is generally suitable for short periods of recreational swimming. It is not suitable for diving or snorkeling. To maintain water resistance, do not press any buttons under water unless your watch is indicated as 200 meter water resistant.

Maintenance
