Installation Guide

Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. Refer to the provided videos for visual guidance.

Step 1: Access the OBD-II Port and Steering Column

Locate the OBD-II port, typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. You may need to remove trim panels around the steering column to access the necessary wiring harnesses.

Step 2: Connect the T-Harness

The T-harness is designed for plug-and-play installation. Disconnect the existing harness from the vehicle's OBD-II port or gateway module, then connect the T-harness in-line. Ensure all connections are firmly seated.

Step 3: Connect the Remote Starter Module

Connect the T-harness to the remote starter module. Ensure the module is securely connected to the harness.

Step 4: Module Programming

The module requires programming to synchronize with your vehicle. Follow the specific programming steps outlined in the detailed installation guide provided with your product. This typically involves pressing a button on the module while cycling the vehicle's ignition.

General Programming Sequence:

1. Press and hold the programming button on the module.
2. Connect the black connector to the module while holding the button.
3. Release the button when the blue LED is momentarily lit.
4. Connect the white connector to the module.
5. Insert the vehicle key into the ignition (do not start the engine).
6. Turn the ignition to the ON position. The module's LEDs will indicate programming status (e.g., blue LED turns off, red and yellow LEDs turn on).
7. Wait for the blue LED to flash, then turn the ignition OFF. All LEDs should turn off.
8. Turn the ignition ON again. The yellow LED should come on.
9. Wait 5 seconds, then turn the ignition OFF. All LEDs should go off.

Operating Instruction

Once installed and programmed, your remote starter can be operated using your vehicle's factory key fob.

Remote Start Sequence

To remote start your vehicle, press the LOCK button on your factory key fob three times in quick succession (LOCK, LOCK, LOCK). The vehicle's engine should start.

Remote Stop Sequence

To turn off the engine after a remote start, press the LOCK button on your factory key fob three times in quick succession (LOCK, LOCK, LOCK) again, or simply press the brake pedal inside the vehicle.

"No Honk" Programming (if applicable)
