Supported Door Types:

Residential sectional doors up to a maximum of 850 lbs.
Doors up to 18 ft wide and 14 ft tall (180 sq ft max).
Compatible with standard, high-lift, and vertical-lift door types.

Unsupported Door Types:

One-piece doors.

3. Critical Measurements for Installation

Accurate measurements are crucial for successful installation. This opener can be installed on either the left or right side of the garage door.

This opener fits torsion shafts, solid or tubular, of 1 inch in diameter with or without a keyway.
Measure the distance between the torsion bar centerline to the wall. This dimension must be between 2.5 inches and 6 inches.
The torsion bar shaft must protrude no less than 2.25 inches from the bearing plate.
A standard 115 VAC grounded electrical outlet is required within 6 ft of the bottom of the opener.
Torsion bar centerline to the ceiling must be at least 2.25 inches for clearance.
End of torsion shaft to side wall clearance must be at least 7 inches.
