1. Unboxing
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The box should contain your Fairphone 4 device.

The Fairphone 4 supports Dual SIM cards (Nano-SIM) and a MicroSD card for expandable storage. To install:
- Power off your Fairphone 4.
- Carefully remove the back cover by gently prying it off from the designated notch.
- Locate the SIM card slots and MicroSD card slot.
- Insert your Nano-SIM cards into the respective slots, ensuring the gold contacts face downwards.
- Insert your MicroSD card (if applicable) into its slot.

Press and hold the power button (located on the right side of the device) until the Fairphone logo appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account setup, and security settings.

Basic Navigation

Use the Phone app to make and receive calls. The Messages app allows you to send and receive SMS/MMS messages. Ensure your SIM card is active and has network coverage.
