The GTC190X is a powerful and efficient petrol-powered tiller designed for preparing soil in gardens and agricultural fields. It features a 161cc 4-stroke OHV engine, a working width of 56cm, and durable hardened iron blades, making it suitable for various soil types and intensive work.
2. Safety Information

- Slope Kushanda: Exercise extreme caution when operating on slopes. Till across the face of slopes, never up and down.

4. Setup uye Gungano
Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your tiller for first use.
4.1. Handlebar Assembly
- Attach the lower handlebar section to the main unit using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure a secure fit.
- Connect the upper handlebar section to the lower section, aligning the holes and securing with the quick-release knobs or bolts.
- Mount the control levers (throttle, clutch) to the handlebar and route the cables according to the diagrams in the separate assembly guide. Ensure cables are not pinched.

4.2. Blade and Wheel Attachment
- Attach the tilling blades to the axle shafts, ensuring they are oriented correctly (left and right blades). Secure them with the pins or bolts.
- Install the transport wheel at the front of the tiller. This wheel is used for moving the tiller to and from the work area, and can be adjusted or removed during tilling.

4.3. Mafuta neMafuta
Before starting, ensure the engine has sufficient fuel and oil.
- Mafuta Enjini: Fill the engine crankcase with the recommended 4-stroke engine oil (refer to engine manual for specific type and capacity). Do not overfill.
- Mafuta: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded petrol. Do not use E85 or other ethanol blends not approved for small engines.
WARNING: Never refuel a hot engine. Always allow the engine to cool down before adding fuel.
5. Operating Instructions
Learn how to safely start and operate your GREENCUT GTC190X tiller.
5.1. Kutanga Injini
- Ensure the tiller is on a level surface and the safety lock is disengaged.
- Vhura vharuvhu yemafuta (kana zvichibvira).
- Set the choke lever to the 'CHOKE' position (for cold starts).
- Press the primer bulb 3-5 times until fuel is visible.
- Fambisa chibatiso che throttle panzvimbo yekuti 'FAST'.
- Pull the starter rope firmly and smoothly until the engine starts.
- Kana injini yatanga, fambisa zvishoma nezvishoma choke lever kuenda panzvimbo yekuti 'RUN' injini painotanga kudziya.
5.2. Tilling Operation
When tilling, hold the handlebars firmly with both hands. Allow the tiller to pull itself forward, guiding it gently. For deeper tilling, make multiple passes, gradually increasing the depth with each pass by adjusting the depth stake.

5.3. Kumisa Injini
To stop the engine, move the throttle lever to the 'STOP' or 'OFF' position. If equipped, turn the engine switch to 'OFF'.
6. Kuchengeta
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your tiller.
6.1. Mushure meKushandisa Kwese
- Clean the tilling blades and housing of any soil, debris, or plant material.
- Inspect blades for damage or excessive wear.
- Check all nuts, bolts, and fasteners for tightness.
6.2. Engine Oil Change
Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of operation, and then every 25-50 hours or annually, whichever comes first. Refer to the engine manual for detailed instructions and oil specifications.
6.3. Air Filter Cleaning/Replacement
Inspect the air filter every 10-20 hours of operation, or more frequently in dusty conditions. Clean or replace as necessary to ensure proper engine performance.
6.4. Spark Plug Inspection
