3. Setup uye Kuiswa

The WVSXC160 camera is designed for easy installation, particularly with the WVH100PW prewired plate and socket system. It includes a camera mounting bracket and a stainless steel hardware kit for secure attachment.

  1. Kukwirisa Nzvimbo Sarudzo: Choose a suitable external location on your vehicle that provides the desired viewing angle and is clear of obstructions. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and secure.
  2. Kuisa Bracket: Use the provided camera mounting bracket and stainless steel hardware to securely attach the bracket to the chosen location.
  3. Kunamatira Kamera: Mount the camera onto the installed bracket. Adjust the camera angle as needed to achieve the optimal field of view.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the camera to a 12VDC power source. If using the WVH100PW prewired plate and socket, connect the camera to the designated socket. Ensure all connections are secure and weatherproof.
  5. Antenna Connection: Ensure the wireless antenna is securely attached to the camera.
  6. System Pairing (if necessary): Refer to your WiSight 2.0 monitor's manual for instructions on pairing the camera with the monitor.

Important Note: This camera is not compatible with first-generation WiSight Technology products. Ensure your monitor is WiSight 2.0 compatible (e.g., WVSXM43 or WVSXM70).

4. Operating Instructions

Once installed and powered, the Voyager WVSXC160 camera will transmit video and audio wirelessly to your compatible WiSight 2.0 monitor.

Basic Operation:

  • Power On: Ensure the camera is receiving 12VDC power and your WiSight 2.0 monitor is turned on.
  • Monitor Display: The camera's video feed should automatically appear on your paired WiSight 2.0 monitor. If not, refer to your monitor's manual for channel selection or pairing instructions.
  • Kushanda Kwechiedza Chishoma: The integrated IR LEDs will automatically activate in low-light conditions, providing enhanced visibility in dark environments.
  • Audio Kuongorora: The integrated microphone captures ambient sound, which will be transmitted to your monitor if it supports audio reception.

Regular maintenance ensures the optimal performance and longevity of your Voyager WVSXC160 camera.
