Your PILOT G2 pens are ready for immediate use. No assembly is required. Simply remove the pen from its packaging.

Operating Instruction
The PILOT G2 pen is designed for smooth and consistent writing. Follow these simple steps for optimal performance:
- Extend the Tip: Press the push-button mechanism at the top of the pen until the gel ink tip extends fully.
- Kunyora: Hold the pen comfortably using the contoured rubber grip. Apply light to moderate pressure as you write. The gel ink flows smoothly, providing a consistent line.
- Retract the Tip: When finished writing, press the side clip of the pen to retract the tip. This protects the tip from damage and prevents ink from drying out or marking surfaces.

Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life and performance of your PILOT G2 pens:
- Kuchengeta: Always retract the pen tip when not in use to prevent the ink from drying out and to protect the tip. Store pens horizontally or tip-down to ensure consistent ink flow.
- Tembiricha: Avoid exposing pens to extreme temperatures (very hot or very cold), as this can affect ink viscosity and performance.
- Kuchenesa: If the barrel becomes dirty, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Refills: PILOT G2 pens are refillable. When the ink runs out, replace it with a genuine PILOT G2 gel ink refill (sold separately) to maintain optimal writing quality. To replace, unscrew the barrel, remove the old refill, insert the new one, and screw the barrel back together.
