4. Setup

- Close the lid and place the empty thermal carafe on the warming plate.

- Press the On/Off button to start a brewing cycle without coffee. This will clean the internal components.

5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to brew delicious coffee with your Cecotec Coffee 66 Drop & Thermo.
- Zadza Mvura Reservoir: Open the lid and fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water to your desired level, indicated by the cup markings on the side. Do not exceed the MAX (10 cups) level.
- Wedzera Ground Coffee: Place the reusable mesh filter into the filter basket. Add your desired amount of ground coffee to the filter. A general guideline is one level measuring spoon (approx. 7g) per cup. Adjust to taste.
- Position Carafe: Ensure the thermal carafe is correctly placed on the warming plate. The anti-drip valve will be pushed up by the carafe lid, allowing coffee to flow.

- Tanga Kubika: Plug the coffee maker into the power outlet. Press the On/Off button. The indicator light will illuminate, signifying that the brewing process has started.

- ExtremeAroma Technology: The coffee maker utilizes ExtremeAroma technology, which ensures a continuous spray and drip process to extract a more intense coffee flavor.
- Anti-drip Function: You can temporarily remove the carafe during brewing to pour a cup of coffee. The anti-drip function will stop the flow of coffee for a short period. Return the carafe to the warming plate within 30 seconds to prevent overflow.
- Chengetedza Basa Rinodziya: After brewing, the warming plate will automatically keep the coffee warm for up to 45 minutes. The indicator light will remain on during this period.

- Kushumira: Once the brewing cycle is complete and the warming period ends, or when you are ready to serve, carefully remove the carafe and pour.

- Dzima: To turn off the coffee maker manually, press the On/Off button again. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet when not in use.
