Product Overview

The Funsicle Oasis Designer Rectangular Above Ground Swimming Pool Set offers a spacious and durable solution for backyard aquatic fun. Measuring 24 feet long by 12 feet wide and 52 inches tall, this pool can accommodate up to 13 people and holds 7,966 gallons of water. It features a robust steel frame, a 3-ply ToughMesh liner, and includes a 2-in-1 SkimmerPlus filter pump, ladder, pool cover, ground cloth, and maintenance kit for a complete setup.

Setup uye Installation

Proper site preparation and assembly are crucial for the stability and longevity of your Funsicle pool. Follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: Prepare the Site

• Choose a firm, flat, and level surface. Avoid sandy or loose ground.
• Clear the area of any stones, sharp objects, or debris that could puncture the liner.
• If using a filtration system, position the pool 10-21 feet from the power outlet.

Step 2: Assemble the Pool

• Lay down the ground cloth (if included) first.
• Unfold the pool liner over the ground cloth, ensuring it is stretched out as flat as possible. Allow it to warm in the sun for about two hours to make it more pliable.
• Lay out all frame parts around the liner.
• Assemble the horizontal beams and T-fittings, ensuring pins snap securely into place.
• Push the assembled sets through the top liner sleeves.
• Insert foot pads onto the vertical legs.
• Carefully slide the vertical legs through the liner belt and snap them to each T-fitting. Ensure legs are perpendicular to the ground.

Step 3: Add Water and Smooth Wrinkles

• Fill the pool with approximately one inch of water.
• Stop the water flow and carefully spread out any remaining floor wrinkles to ensure the liner is taut all around.
• Continue filling the pool, checking occasionally to ensure it fills evenly. Adjust as needed.

Step 4: Install the Filtration System

• Locate the inlet and outlet holes on your pool liner.
• Insert the suction fittings and return fittings according to the SkimmerPlus Filter Pump user guide.
• Disassemble the skimmer seal ring and re-thread it onto the skimmer through the wall opening.
• Disassemble the return fitting assembly from the inside of the pool and insert the fitting with the fitting gasket from the outside.
• Isa hose clamp on each end of the hose.
• Attach one end of the hose to the skimmer and the other end to the return fitting, ensuring hose clamps are tightened directly over the O-rings.
• Refer to the SkimmerPlus Filter Pump user guide for detailed instructions on pump operation and maintenance.

Operation

The Funsicle Oasis pool is designed for ease of use. Once filled and the filtration system is set up, ensure the water level is approximately 6 inches below the top rim. Do not overfill the pool. Always balance the pH and chlorine levels before use to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is key to keeping your Funsicle pool clean and extending its lifespan.

• The included SFX1500 SkimmerPlus filter pump (110-120V with GFCI) uses a Type C filter cartridge. Regularly check and clean the skimmer basket to pick up debris, leaves, and insects.
• Replace the filter cartridge as recommended in the user guide to ensure efficient filtration and clean water.
• The JetMaxx Aeration feature provides a bubble jetstream for cleaner, purer water. Ensure it is functioning correctly.

General Pool Maintenance:

• Use the included pool cover to keep out debris, leaves, and insects, and to reduce water evaporation when the pool is not in use.
• The deluxe maintenance kit includes tools for routine cleaning.
• Regularly test and balance the pH and chlorine levels of the pool water to prevent algae growth and ensure water safety.
• The 2-in-1 drainage plug allows for convenient lock and unlock for draining the pool.

Water Leakage at Filter Connection:
