Indoor Air Quality Monitor with Temperature and Humidity

The LFF CO2 Detector Model LAQ962 is an advanced indoor air quality monitor designed to provide real-time measurements of carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration, ambient temperature, and relative humidity. Utilizing Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology, this device ensures accurate data for effective environmental monitoring. It features a large, clear color display, customizable dual alarms, and a built-in rechargeable battery for portable use.

3.1 Kuchaja Chishandiso

Before first use, fully charge the LFF CO2 Detector. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the device's charging port and plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The battery indicator on the display will show charging status.

3.2 Kubatidza/Kudzima

Press and hold the power button (location typically on the side or back) for a few seconds to turn the device on or off. The display will illuminate upon successful power-on.

4.2 Understanding CO2 Levels

The device categorizes CO2 concentration into three stages, indicated by color changes on the display and corresponding icons:

4.3 Kugadzirisa Maaramu

The LFF CO2 Detector features customizable dual alarms. When the measured CO2 level reaches your set high or low alarm threshold, an audible beep will sound, and the alarm icon will flash. Refer to the device's on-screen menu or specific buttons (usually labeled 'SET' or 'MODE') to adjust the CO2 alarm values.

4.4 Backlight Kugadziriswa

The device offers three levels of backlight brightness (100%, 50%, 0%) to suit different lighting conditions and conserve battery life. Use the designated button (often indicated by a light bulb icon) to cycle through the brightness settings.

To set the current time and date, navigate through the device's menu using the control buttons. Follow the on-screen prompts to adjust hours, minutes, and date. Consult the quick start guide or on-screen instructions for specific button sequences.

To clean the device, gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or immerse the device in water. Ensure the sensor vents are clear of dust and debris.

To maximize battery lifespan, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. For prolonged storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% and store in a cool, dry place. If using the device continuously, it is recommended to keep it plugged in to a power source.
