Safety Information

  • Zvishandiso Zvekuzvidzivirira Pamunhu (PPE): Always wear appropriate safety gear, including eye protection, hearing protection, sturdy footwear, and long pants, when operating or maintaining the mower.

Wheel Configuration

  1. Inside the Mower Frame Border (Rear Side): This configuration provides a narrower overall width, suitable for tighter spaces.
  2. Outside the Mower Frame Side Border (Rear Side): This widens the stance, offering increased stability on uneven terrain.
  3. Outside the Mower Frame in Line with the Rotor Shaft: This option provides maximum stability and can be beneficial for specific cutting patterns.

Drawbar Adjustment

Operating Instruction

Engine Start-up

The MATV-48 is powered by a B&S 25T2 OHV XR2100 EPA engine. Follow the engine manufacturer's instructions for proper starting procedures. Generally, this involves:

  1. Ensure the fuel tank is filled with fresh, clean gasoline.
  2. Check engine oil level and fill if necessary.
  3. Set the choke and throttle according to the engine manual.
  4. Pull the recoil starter cord firmly until the engine starts.
  5. Once started, gradually open the choke as the engine warms up.

The engine operates at a fixed speed of 2150 rpm for consistent performance.

General Operation

  • Attach the mower securely to your ATV using the 2-inch tow hitch.
