4. Setup

Before first use, wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The main mixer unit should be wiped clean with a damp jira.

5. Operating Instructions

General Operation:

1. After attaching the desired accessories, plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
2. Place the beaters/hooks into the ingredients you wish to mix.
3. Slide the speed control switch to the desired speed setting (1-5). The mixer features a low-speed start at 550 RPM/Min to minimize splashing.
4. For an extra burst of power, press and hold the "TURBO" button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
5. When finished mixing, slide the speed control switch back to "0" (OFF) and unplug the mixer from the outlet.

Speed Guide:

• Speed ​​​​1 (Yakaderera): Ideal for mixing dry ingredients with liquids, thin sauces, or starting to combine batters.
