5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Kutanga jenareta
The PRAMAC S8000 supports both electric start and manual recoil start.
Kutanga Kwemagetsi:
- Ensure all electrical loads are disconnected from the generator.
- Turn the start key to the "ON" position.
- If the engine is cold, engage the choke (if applicable, refer to engine manual).
- Turn the start key to the "START" position and hold until the engine starts. Release the key once the engine runs.
- Once the engine is running smoothly, disengage the choke.
Manual Recoil Start:
- Ensure all electrical loads are disconnected from the generator.
- Turn the start key to the "ON" position.
- If the engine is cold, engage the choke.
- Grasp the recoil starter handle firmly and pull it slowly until you feel resistance, then pull quickly and smoothly to start the engine.
- Repeat if necessary. Once the engine is running smoothly, disengage the choke.
5.2 Kubatanidza Mitoro Yemagetsi
Once the generator is running and stable, you can connect your electrical devices. Ensure the total load does not exceed the generator's continuous operating power (5.6 kW for three-phase, 2.96 kW for single-phase).
- Connect appliances one at a time, starting with the largest load.
- Monitor the voltmeter and frequency meter to ensure stable output.
5.3 Kumisa jenareta
