Follow these steps to install your solar panel and connect it to your Blink camera:

- Mount the Bracket: Use the provided screws and wall anchors to securely attach the 360-degree mounting bracket to your chosen surface. The bracket allows for flexible positioning to maximize sun exposure.
- Attach Solar Panel: Secure the solar panel to the mounted bracket. Adjust its angle to face the sun directly for the longest possible duration each day.

- For Blink Outdoor (3rd Gen): Connect the micro USB cable directly from the solar panel to your camera's power port.
- For Blink Outdoor 4 (4th Gen): Use the included USB C converter to connect the micro USB cable from the solar panel to your camera's power port.
- Chekutanga Charge: It is recommended to allow the solar panel to charge for at least two full days in direct sunlight before relying solely on its power. This ensures the internal battery is adequately charged.

Operating Instruction
Once installed and connected, the solar panel will automatically begin charging your Blink camera's internal battery when exposed to sunlight. The internal battery stores energy, providing power to your camera even during periods of low light or at night.
- The solar panel is designed to keep your camera powered 24/7 under normal operating conditions with sufficient sunlight.
- The 13.1ft/4m cable provides flexibility in positioning the solar panel for optimal sun exposure, even if the camera is in a shaded area.
- The system operates without requiring manual intervention after initial setup.

Maintenance
The Wasserstein Solar Panel is built for outdoor use and requires minimal maintenance:
