1. Gadzirira denga: Locate the desired installation spot. Using the provided template or the fixture itself, mark and cut a 6.25-inch (15.8 cm) diameter hole in the ceiling. Ensure there are no obstructions like joists or wiring within the ceiling space.
2. Batanidza Wiring: Open the integrated J-Box cover. Connect the house wiring to the fixture's wiring: black to black (live), white to white (neutral), and green/bare copper to green (ground). Secure connections with wire nuts. Close the J-Box cover.
3. Select Color Temperature (Pre-Installation): Before inserting the fixture into the ceiling, use the small toggle switch located on the side of the fixture to select your desired color temperature (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K). This setting can be changed later using a wall switch, but initial selection is done on the fixture.
4. Isa Fixture: Gently push the fixture into the cut-out hole. The spring-loaded clips will automatically secure the fixture to the ceiling. The fixture is designed to fit 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch ceiling spaces.

Operating Instruction

5CCT Selectable White

Your Feit Electric downlight offers five color temperature options to suit your preference and environment. You can select the desired color temperature in two ways:

• On the Fixture: Before installation, use the small toggle switch on the side of the fixture to select one of the five color temperatures: 2700K Soft White, 3000K Warm White, 3500K Neutral White, 4000K Cool White, or 5000K Daylight.
• Kushandisa Standard Wall Switch: After installation, if the fixture is set to the 'Switch' position on the toggle, you can cycle through the five color temperatures by quickly toggling your standard wall light switch OFF and ON. The fixture will remember the last selected setting when turned off for more than 10 seconds.

Night Light Mode

The downlight features a dedicated 2200K warm amber night light mode, perfect for low-light ambiance or navigation during nighttime. To activate the night light mode:

• Ensure the fixture is set to the 'Switch' position on the toggle.
• Quickly toggle your standard wall light switch OFF and ON twice. The light will switch from the main lighting mode to the 2200K night light mode.
• To return to the main lighting mode, toggle the switch OFF and ON once.

Dimming Functionality

This LED downlight is fully dimmable and compatible with most LED dimmers. It can be dimmed down to 10% brightness without flickering or buzzing, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion.

Maintenance

The Feit Electric LED Canless Recessed Downlight is designed for long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. Follow these guidelines to ensure optimal operation:
