Setup uye Adjustments
Kuronga Nguva
- Pull the crown (A) out to the outermost position.
- Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time. Ensure AM/PM is correctly set, especially when setting the date.
- Push the crown (A) back into its normal position to start the watch.
Kuronga Zuva
- Pull the crown (A) out to the middle position.
- Turn the crown clockwise to advance the date hand to the correct date.
- Push the crown (A) back into its normal position.
Kugadza Zuva Revhiki
- Press the pusher (C) repeatedly until the day of the week sub-dial displays the correct day.
Kugadzirisa Mwedzi
- Press the pusher (B) repeatedly until the month sub-dial displays the correct month.
Setting the Moon Phase
The moon phase sub-dial advances automatically with the time. To set it initially or correct it:
- Pull the crown (A) out to the outermost position (time setting position).
- Advance the time until the moon phase display shows the correct phase for the current date. This may require advancing the time through several days. Refer to a reliable moon phase calendar for accuracy.
- Once the moon phase is set, adjust the time to the current time as described above.

Your Timex Marlin Moon Phase watch is a quartz movement timepiece, powered by a battery. It provides accurate timekeeping and displays various calendar functions.

This watch is water resistant to 50 meters (5 ATM). This means it is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming, but not for diving or snorkeling. Avoid operating the crown or pushers while the watch is wet or submerged to prevent water intrusion.
