- Chekutanga Charge: Before using the heating pad for the first time, fully charge it using the provided Type-C USB cable.
- Power Check: Ensure the device has sufficient power before each use.

Operating Instruction
- Power On: Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds until the LED indicator light turns on.
- Wear the Pad: Place the heating pad over the desired area (e.g., abdomen, lower back) over your clothing. Adjust the belt for a comfortable and secure fit.
- Rongedza Heat Level: Press the heat button to cycle through the three temperature settings: 108°F (48°C), 132°F (56°C),uye 140°F (60°C). The LED indicator will change to reflect the selected level.
- Adjust Massage Mode: Press the massage button to cycle through the three high-frequency vibration massage modes. The LED indicator will show the active mode.
- Kushandiswa Kwakasanganiswa: Both heating and massage functions can be used simultaneously for enhanced relief.
- Otomatiki Shut-off: The device will automatically power off after 30 minutes of continuous use. You can restart it if further use is desired.
- Power Off: To manually turn off the device, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

Maintenance
