2. Safety Information

5. Setup

Upon powering on, the camera will display a thermal image. The central crosshair indicates the spot measurement point. The screen shows the current temperature at this point, along with maximum and minimum temperatures detected within the field of view.

6.3 Adjusting Temperature Units
You can switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) directly from the device settings. Navigate through the menu using the navigation buttons and select the desired unit.
6.4 Ruvara Palettes
The Ti260 offers 7 color palettes to visualize temperature differences. Different palettes can enhance contrast and make specific thermal patterns more visible.

Emissivity is a crucial factor for accurate temperature measurement. The Ti260 allows adjustment of emissivity from 0.01 to 1.00. Refer to a standard emissivity table for common materials or adjust based on the surface being measured.
