5. Operating Instructions
Your Arebos Solar Shower utilizes solar energy to heat water. Follow these steps for operation:
- Kuzadza Tangi: Turn on the water supply from your garden hose. The 60L tank will fill with cold water.
- Solar Heating: Allow the shower to sit in direct sunlight. The UV-resistant PVC tank will absorb solar rays, heating the water inside. The heating time depends on sunlight intensity and ambient temperature.
- Check Water Temperature: Before showering, observe the integrated thermometer to confirm the water has reached a comfortable temperature.
- Adjust Water Temperature: Use the mixer tap located on the shower body. Turn the lever towards the red indicator for hotter water and towards the blue indicator for colder water. This mixes the heated water from the tank with cold water from the supply.
- Using the Shower Head: The main shower head is adjustable and rotates via a ball joint, allowing you to direct the water flow as desired.
- Using the Hand Shower: For targeted rinsing, detach and use the hand shower.
- Using the Foot Shower: The tap located at the lower part of the shower is ideal for rinsing feet, hands, or filling small containers.
