This system features RGB backlight, adjustable white light from 2700K to 6000K, and smart control capabilities via a mobile application, remote control, and voice assistants.

2. Safety Information

5. Kuiswa
5.1 Pre-Instalation

- Ensure the ceiling cutout size is approximately 4.25 inches for proper fit.

- Cut a hole in the ceiling with the advised cutout size (approximately 4.25 inches).
- Open the junction box and connect the household wiring to the wires inside the junction box. Ensure proper polarity (Live to Live, Neutral to Neutral, Ground to Ground).
- Close the junction box and place it into the ceiling opening.
- Connect the recessed light fixture to the junction box using the provided connector.
- Push the spring clips on the side of the recessed light upwards and insert the light into the ceiling opening. Release the clips to secure the light in place.

6. Setup uye Pairing
6.1 Remote Kudzora Kubatanidza
To pair the remote control with your lights:
- Connect the light to the power supply. Turn the power off and then on.
- Within 3 seconds of turning the light on, press and hold the "A+B" button or either "A" or "B" button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
- When the light flashes, the pairing is successful.
Cherechedza:
- The remote control can be used directly without connecting to Wi-Fi.
- Before pairing and unpairing with the remote control, you need to turn off and then turn on the light power again.

6.2 App Installation and Gateway Setup
To control your lights via the Tuya Smart app:
- Download the "Tuya Smart" app from the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code provided in the manual (if applicable) to install the app.

- In the app, click on the "+" icon in the upper right corner.

- The gateway to be added will automatically appear. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the pairing process.
- Once the gateway is paired, turn on/off the recessed panel light until the app automatically searches and connects to the recessed LED light. Ensure the light is in breathing mode (flashing) during pairing.

6.3 Kubatanidzwa kweVoice Control
Once connected to the Tuya Smart app, you can integrate your lights with Google Assistant or Siri:
- Open the Tuya Smart app and navigate to the settings for your lights.
- Look for options to link with third-party voice assistants like Google Assistant or Siri.
- Follow the in-app instructions to authorize the connection.
- You can then use voice commands such as "Hey Google, turn the lights to 60% dim" or "Alexa, set the lights to music sync mode."

7. Operating Instructions
7.1 Basic Control (On/Off, Brightness, Color Temperature)
- Pa/Kudzima: Use the remote, app, or voice command to turn the lights on or off.
- Kupenya: Adjust brightness from 1% to 100% using the app, remote, or voice commands.
- Ruvara Tembiricha: Adjust the white light color temperature from 2700K (warm white) to 6000K (cool white) via the app, remote, or voice commands.

7.2 RGB Kudzora Mwenje weKumashure
The lights feature an RGB backlight for ambient effects:
- Access RGB color options through the Tuya Smart app or the remote control.
- Choose from a wide spectrum of colors (16 million adjustable colors).
- Explore various RGB dynamic modes and adjust their speed.
- Create and save your own DIY light modes.

7.3 Chiedza Modes
The system offers three distinct lighting modes:
- Conventional Downlight: For daily general illumination.
- Husiku Mwenje Mode: A softer light setting suitable for bedrooms before sleep.
- RGB Chiedza: For entertainment, festive occasions, or creating specific ambiances.
7.4 Group Control
Control multiple lights simultaneously by grouping them in the Tuya Smart app:
- In the app, select the lights you wish to group.
- Assign them to a group (e.g., "Living Room," "Bedroom").
- Control the entire group with a single command for synchronized lighting effects.

7.5 Kuronga
Set schedules for your lights to turn on or off at specific times using the Tuya Smart app. This feature allows for automated lighting routines, such as waking up to soft light or ensuring lights are off when you leave home.
8. Kuchengeta

- Wipe the light fixture with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- These LED lights are integrated and do not require bulb replacement.
9. Kugadzirisa matambudziko
- Light not pairing with app: Ensure the light is in breathing mode (flashing) by turning it off and on 4 times. Confirm your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

- Light returns to default white when wall switch is turned off: This is normal behavior. To retain settings, use the remote control, app, or voice assistants for control. Avoid using the physical wall switch for daily operation if you want to preserve specific light settings.
- Cannot control RGB light with Google Home/Alexa: Some voice assistants may have limited control over the RGB backlight portion. Full RGB control is typically available through the Tuya Smart app.
- Lights turning on randomly: Check for any active schedules or automations within the Tuya Smart app that might be causing this. If the issue persists, try resetting and re-pairing the lights and gateway.
- Flickering or malfunction: Ensure no physical dimmer switch is installed on the circuit. These smart lights are not compatible with external dimmers.
