5. Setup

The TP110 offers multiple ways to place it within your refrigerator or freezer:

- Magnetic Attachment: The built-in magnets allow you to attach the thermometer to any metallic surface, such as the side of a refrigerator.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Simba On / Off
The thermometer automatically powers on when the battery is installed. To turn it off, press and hold the °C/°F button for 3 seconds. To turn it back on, briefly press the °C/°F button.

Briefly press the °C/°F button located on the front of the unit to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature displays.
6.3. Activating Backlight
Touch the backlight button (light bulb icon) on the top right of the display to illuminate the screen for 10 seconds. This feature is useful for reading temperatures in dimly lit environments.
6.4. Understanding MAX/MIN Temperature Records
The thermometer automatically records the maximum (MAX) and minimum (MIN) temperatures measured over a 24-hour period. These values are displayed on the right side of the screen.

6.5. Clearing MAX/MIN Records
To reset the MAX/MIN temperature records, press the 'Clear' button on the front of the unit. The MAX/MIN values will reset to the current temperature, and a new 24-hour tracking cycle will begin.
