5. Setup uye Kuiswa

Follow these steps to set up your Cloudray Water Chiller CW-5200:

  1. Kuiswa: Place the chiller on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit, especially near the cooling fans.
  2. Zadza Tangi Yemvura: Open the water inlet cap on top of the chiller. Carefully pour deionized water or a recommended antifreeze mixture into the tank until the water level indicator shows "NORMAL" or "FULL". Do not overfill.
  3. Batanidza Hoses: Connect the water hoses from your CO2 laser machine or cold plunge tub to the "INLET" and "OUTLET" ports on the back of the chiller. Ensure connections are secure to prevent leaks.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the chiller's power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Kutanga kwekutanga: Turn on the power switch located on the side of the chiller. The display will illuminate.
  6. Seta Tembiricha: Use the temperature controller buttons (SET, UP, DOWN) to set your desired water temperature. For CO2 laser machines, a common recommended temperature is 23°C (73.4°F). For cold plunge applications, adjust to your preference.
  7. Verify Water Flow: Observe the water level indicator and listen for the pump operation to ensure proper water circulation.

6. Operating Instructions

Once the chiller is set up, operating it is straightforward:

  1. Power On: Flip the main power switch to the "ON" position. The digital display will show the current water temperature.

  3. Monitoring: Regularly check the digital display for the water temperature and the water level indicator to ensure it remains within the "NORMAL" or "FULL" range.
  4. Maaramu: If an alarm (e.g., flow alarm, over-temperature alarm) is triggered, the chiller will emit an audible alert and the "ALARM" light may illuminate. Refer to the Troubleshooting section for resolution.
