5. Kushandisa Kayak

5.1 Launching and Entry

  • Place the kayak in shallow water, ensuring the stern is fully supported.

  • When standing, use the Ergobar for support. Slowly and carefully rise to a standing position, keeping your weight centered over the anti-slip standing area.
  • Maintain a low center of gravity and be mindful of your movements to ensure stability.
