Setup uye Installation

Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have a second person assist during certain stages.

  1. Gadzirira Mudhudhudhu: Park the motorcycle on a level, stable surface. Secure it using a center stand or appropriate paddock stands to prevent it from tipping over. Ensure the engine and exhaust are cool.
  2. Ziva Pokumisikidza: Locate the designated mounting points on the motorcycle frame. These typically involve existing engine mount bolts or frame attachment points. Refer to the diagrams below for visual guidance.
  3. Bvisa Mabhoti Aripo (kana zvichidikanwa): Carefully remove any existing bolts from the identified mounting points. Work on one side of the motorcycle at a time to maintain structural integrity.
  4. Position the Crash Bar: Hold the crash bar (e.g., left side) in position, aligning its mounting holes with the frame's attachment points.
  5. Isa Mounting Hardware: Insert the provided bolts, washers, and spacers as indicated in the assembly diagram. Apply a small amount of thread-locking compound to the bolt threads before insertion. Hand-tighten all bolts initially.
  6. Dzokorora kune rimwe divi: Follow steps 3-5 for the other side of the motorcycle, installing the second crash bar.
  7. Gadzirisa uye Gadzirisa: Once both crash bars are loosely installed, ensure they are properly aligned and do not interfere with any other motorcycle components (e.g., handlebars, fairings, cables).
