It is equipped with 20-inch 4.0 fat tires, hydraulic disc brakes, and a 48V20Ah lithium-ion battery, offering a reliable and comfortable riding experience across various terrains. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your E-MTB. Please read it thoroughly before your first ride.

2. Safety Information

Your safety is paramount. Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear when riding. Adhere to local traffic laws and regulations.

2.1 General Safety Guidelines

• Perform a pre-ride inspection before each use, checking brakes, tire pressure, and battery level.
• Ensure all quick-release levers and bolts are securely tightened.

Your BURCHDA AZ20 E-MTB comes partially assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly and initial setup. It is recommended to have basic tools available, such as Allen wrenches and a pedal wrench.

4. Operating Instructions

Understanding the controls and features of your BURCHDA AZ20 E-MTB will ensure a smooth and enjoyable ride.

The E-MTB features a three-part control system: an intelligent display, a smart controller, and a 7-speed gear shift.

• Intelligent Display: Provides real-time data including battery level, speed (KM/H or MPH), mileage, error codes, and current assist level. It also features a USB charging port for external devices.

  1. E-Bike Mode: Full electric power, no pedaling required.
  2. Assistance Mode: Motor provides assistance as you pedal, with multiple assist levels (e.g., 5-speed).
  3. Manual Mode: Ride like a traditional bicycle without motor assistance.

4.3 Motor and Performance

The BURCHDA AZ20 is equipped with a high-power motor designed for strong output and excellent torque.

• The motor provides assistance for climbing hills with ease, supporting up to a 30° incline.
• Adjustable speed settings are available, with a maximum speed of 25km/h (governed by regulations).
• The motor delivers 95 N.m of torque for powerful acceleration.

4.4 Suspension System

The dual-suspension system, including a lockable front fork, provides a comfortable ride over varied terrain.

• The front suspension fork can be locked for more efficient pedaling on smooth surfaces.
• The rear suspension absorbs shocks from bumps and uneven ground, enhancing rider comfort and control.
