3. Setup

Connect the power adapter to the auto-empty station and plug it into a power outlet. The station's indicator light will illuminate.

The K11+ supports Matter, allowing seamless integration with various smart home ecosystems:

4.5. Scheduling and No-Go Zones
Use the SwitchBot app to set cleaning schedules for automated cleaning. You can also define virtual no-go zones or virtual walls on the map to restrict the robot from entering certain areas.

5.1. Auto-Empty Station Dust Bag Replacement
The 4L dust bag in the auto-empty station can hold debris for up to 90 days. Replace the dust bag when the app indicates it is full or when you notice reduced emptying efficiency.
- Open the lid of the auto-empty station.
- Carefully remove the full dust bag, ensuring the opening is sealed to prevent dust leakage.
- Insert a new dust bag into the slot and close the lid securely.

5.2. Mabhurashi Ekuchenesa
The K11+ features an anti-tangle main roller brush and anti-tangle twin side brushes. Periodically inspect and clean them.
- Main Brush: Remove the brush cover and lift out the main brush. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair or debris.
- Side Brushes: Gently pull the side brushes off. Remove any tangled hair or debris. If brushes are worn, replace them.

The bin filter should be cleaned regularly and replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage.
- Open the robot's dustbin and remove the filter.
- Tap the filter gently to remove loose dust. Do not wash the filter with water.
- Reinsert the clean filter or replace it with a new one.
5.4. Mopping Pad Care
After each mopping session, remove the mopping cloth from the pad plate and wash it thoroughly. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching.
5.5. Sensor Cleaning
Wipe the sensors on the robot (LDS sensor, PSD sensors, drop sensors) with a clean, dry cloth to ensure accurate navigation.
