4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Adjusting the Bench Positions

The JOROTO MD55 bench offers multiple adjustment points to customize your workout. Always ensure adjustment pins are fully engaged before use.

  • Backrest Positions: The backrest can be adjusted to 6 different angles, including upright, incline, decline, and flat modes. Locate the adjustment pin or lever at the base of the backrest, pull it out, adjust the backrest to the desired angle, and release the pin to lock it into place.
  • Muparidzi Curl Pad: Muparidzi curl pad features 3 angle adjustments and 6 height adjustments. Use the corresponding pins to set the pad to a comfortable and effective position for arm curls.
  • Kuwedzerwa Kwegumbo: The leg extension attachment has 2 adjustable foot hook positions. Adjust these to secure your legs comfortably for leg curls uye kuwedzera.

4.2 Performing Exercises

The MD55 bench supports a variety of exercises. Below are examples of common workouts:

  • Dumbbell Curls: Use the preacher curl pad for isolated bicep training.
  • Bench Press (Incline/Decline/Flat): Adjust the backrest for chest exercises.
  • Gumbo Curls/Extensions: Utilize the leg extension attachment for targeting quadriceps and hamstrings.
  • Crunches/Sit-ups: Adjust to a decline position for abdominal workouts.
  • Dumbbell Rows: Position yourself on the bench for back muscle engagement.
  • Shoulder Press: Use an upright or incline position for shoulder exercises.
  • Resistance Band Exercises: Attach resistance bands to the designated points for additional workout variety.

4.3 Kupeta uye Kuchengeta

The JOROTO MD55 bench is designed for compact storage. To fold the bench:

  1. Ensure all attachments (preacher curl pad, leg extension) are in their most compact or removed positions.
  2. Locate the folding mechanisms, typically pins or levers, on the main frame.
  3. Release the mechanisms and carefully fold the bench sections together.
  4. Secure the folded sections if there are locking pins or straps.

Once folded, the bench can be easily stored under a bed or in a wardrobe, making it ideal for small living spaces.

5. Kuchengeta

  • Kuchenesa: Wipe down the bench with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dirt. Use a mild soap solution for deeper cleaning, then wipe dry.

  • Leg extension not holding weight plates: Ensure the weight storage post is securely attached and that the plates used are compatible with the 1-inch diameter post.
