4. Operating Instructions

4.1: Adjusting the Backrest
The bench features 5 backrest settings, allowing for incline, decline, and flat positions. The convenient groove system facilitates quick angle changes.
- Locate the adjustment pin/knob near the backrest hinge.
- Pull out the adjustment pin/knob to release the backrest.
- Adjust the backrest to the desired angle (e.g., -30°, 0°, 30°, 50°, 85°).
- Ensure the adjustment pin/knob fully re-engages into the corresponding slot to secure the backrest position before use.

4.2: Workout Positions
Utilize the adjustable backrest to perform a variety of exercises:
- Flat Bench Press: For chest exercises, set the backrest to 0 degrees.
- Incline Press: For upper chest and shoulder exercises, set the backrest to 30, 50, or 85 degrees.
